Spotwave Wireless Names New Sales Vice President to Executive Team
North American Operations Continue to Expand
With US Regional Sales Offices
Ottawa, Canada, June
25, 2002 -- Spotwave Wireless, a wireless technology company solving the
reception problems common to users of wireless voice and data services, today
announced that Dana Krug has been appointed Vice President of North American
Sales.
Dana is responsible
for all North American sales and will report directly to Shane Young, President
and CEO of Spotwave Wireless. In this
capacity Dana will be responsible for driving the overall sales function in
North America. Dana will be based out of
offices in Chicago, Illinois.
Dana brings to
Spotwave a solid mix of sales and business management experience as well as a
strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded BrightPod, a wireless
consulting services and wireless enterprise applications company. Prior to the start-up of BrightPod, Dana
spent 11 years with PageNet in various positions of progressive responsibility,
including Area Vice President of Sales and General Manager. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales
for Tradaq.

In addition, Spotwave has
built up its US sales team consisting of Randy Borne, Atlanta, Georgia; Mike
DiCenzo, Boston, Massachusetts; John Jacob, San Diego, California; and Kevin
Soss, Chicago, Illinois.
