William Sinclair, a co-founder of JDS Optics (now JDS Uniphase) has been involved in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years and is well recognized as a leading photonics expert.

Conrad Lewis, is a Founder and Principal of Eagle One Ventures Corporation. Mr. Lewis brings more than 30 years of industry experience from technology companies such as Mitel Corporation, Nortel Networks and Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel Canada).

Ken Wigglesworth, a Chartered Accountant, is a Founder and Principal of Eagle One Ventures Corporation. Previously, he was Executive Vice President Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Newbridge Networks. As a member of senior management throughout his 13-year career at Newbridge, Mr. Wigglesworth was involved in private financing, public offerings, liaising with financial analysts and institutions.

Mark Smith is President of Pandion Investments Ltd., a private investment management company. Mr. Smith is a chartered accountant and graduated from McGill University where he was a Rhodes Scholar finalist. After joining Touche-Ross (now Deloitte & Touche) in 1982, Mr. Smith joined the Claridge Group in 1986, the private investment management holding company that manages the affairs of the Charles R. Bronfman Family.
